Sonya Faust is a senior program manager for Academic Extension at the University of Oregon. She is responsible for managing a variety of credit programs offered on and off campus, as well as online, including the fully online Applied Information Management Master’s Degree Program. This includes market research and outreach, fiscal management and projections, data analysis and summaries, and building collaborative partnerships. She also contributes to strategic planning for Academic Extension.
Sonya completed her BA from the University of Oregon and her MA from Johns Hopkins University, both in French and Italian languages and literature.
Sonya began her higher education career as a credit programs coordinator in 2006 with UO Continuing Education (now Academic Extension). She served the Association for Continuing Higher Education (ACHE) at the regional board level. Sonya’s hobbies include reading, food preservation, rock climbing, camping, and square dancing.
