Laura Sufka is a program specialist for Academic Extension at the University of Oregon. Currently, she is concentrating her time as an administrative program specialist for the Applied Information Management (AIM) online master’s degree program at AE. In this role, she provides support to students from initial inquiry and application through graduation. Marketing support, records management, scheduling/event planning, research, and reporting are also part of her responsibilities in service to AIM and AE.
Laura began working for Continuing Education (now Academic Extension) in 2010 as an administrative program assistant primarily working with the Distance Education and the Community Education Programs.
Laura earned a BS in sociology from Iowa State University. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading nonfiction, listening to music, watching public television, and relaxing near the ocean.
